Virginia (winner of a Viginia Chapter ACI 2001 Award), Hunt Valley
Contractors, Inc. Headquarters (winner 2005 ACI Maryland Award), and The
Phoenix Project rehabilitation of the Pentagon to repair damage after
the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Founded in 1999 by Tom and
